I’ve gained 20 lbs of muscle and am able to stay lean while continuing to make gains at the gym.
I was shocked to consistently see 2 pounds per week coming off, and not losing any strength.
I have lost 11 pounds since starting and went from 16% body to approximately 7.5%.
I lost 40 lbs while gaining muscle and strength!
What I’ve learned through my training has carried on to other areas of my life.
