I’m officially 203lbs. 8 weeks ago I was hovering around 183. Yep that’s right, 20 freaking pounds!! Best of all my overall fear of gaining too much bodyfat has been debunked. I’ve only gone up 1% which leaves me hanging between 12 and 13.
I have lost 13 inches in my mid section alone. I see my abs for the first time that I can remember. Now that I am in week 3 of my cutting phase, I have lost 17 pounds as well.
I lost 26 pounds and 11% body fat in 3 months on the BLS program! It has been very exciting to discover what is underneath the fat.

I decided to lower my fat percentage before start a clean bulk. My metabolism is very fast, but before BLS I never managed to lower from 10% body fat.
