BLS is the most helpful fitness book I have ever read. Mike breaks it down so that it is simple and easy to understand for even the most novice of exercisers.

If you apply the knowledge that’s in this book, you WILL get results! I’m proof of that.

I feel good all the time, I always have energy, I am healthy, I am strong, I am happy with myself.

It works. I can completely control my body. If I want to gain weight and build muscle, I can. If I want to lose fat and get shredded, I can. It gives me huge confidence.

So far it’s been great. I’ve incorporated the food into my normal routine now. The workouts I’ve grown to love and really look forward to.

I can’t wait to continue using the knowledge I’ve gained from the program to get even bigger, leaner, and stronger (sorry haha).

I started the program at 86.1kg and a body fat percentage of 4.3%. I am currently at 87.8kg and a body fat percentage of 3.8%.Cannot complain about those results.
